Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in a medical setting (MA, CNA, LPN) or clinical research
  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience (4+ years)
  • Core Strengths: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • You must be tech-savvy and a proactive problem-solver

Responsibilities

  • As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), you play a critical role in the success of every study, working alongside physician investigators to ensure protocols are executed with precision, integrity, and excellence
  • Protocol Execution: Ensure all studies are conducted in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Patient Management: Recruit, screen, and guide participants through the entire study process, including the informed consent process
  • Clinical & Lab Operations: Perform study visits, including phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and lab procedures (centrifuge, pipetting, and inventory management)
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and support sponsor monitoring visits
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between physicians, investigators, and study sponsors
