We're seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings. You'll work closely with our supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes
• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment

Work Schedule

• Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT)and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions available
• Hours vary depending on client availability and caseload needs
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week, depending on your availability and client needs

Compensation

• $21–$25 per hour
