Bright Minds CA LLC is an ABA agency that prides itself in providing the best treatment in Orange County. We specialize in pediatric autism treatment.

We're looking for individuals that can cover the area around Garden Grove! Because our sessions are approximately 3-4 hours long, choosing your schedule is flexible and easy. We're an in-home therapy company because we find so many advantages to teaching these critical behaviors inside the child's own natural environment!

We're looking for individuals that can fulfill after-school hours. Training is provided and will be continuous throughout your career.

What is ABA?
• ABA is the bridge between psychology and healthcare. In order to teach our kids how to live their best, independent lives, we have to teach crucial skills in a one-on-one therapy setting. In ABA, you're going to encounter various diagnoses, in addition to Autism Spectrum Disorder. You're also going to encounter the whole spectrum of autism symptomology.

How do you become a behavior technician?
• We provide all the training that you'd need to become a behavior technician. Not only that initial training but ongoing, supervisory training to make sure that you keep improving your skills! You're going to make such a difference in children's lives!

Behavior Technician Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend training to acquire further knowledge.
