Job Description
ehavior Analyst (BCBA) and help shape the future of our ELITE Program!
As a BCBA, you'll implement center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs (in Daytona and Deland) tailored to students in our ELITE Program and the broader community. You'll collaborate with families, educators, and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver focused, effective treatment plans that foster growth and independence.
Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, preference assessments, and functional analyses
• Design and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans
• Provide training and consultation to staff, families, and community partners
• Administer skill assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP)
• Deliver direct one-on-one instruction
• Prepare progress reports and treatment updates for funding agencies
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance standards
• Report critical incidents and safety concerns appropriately

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Medicaid Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience preferred
• Experience with VB-MAPP and early intervention programming
• School-based service experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for working with young children and supporting families
• Ability to meet Easterseals Florida authorized driver requirements (including being at least 21 years of age)
