Job Description

. The resource will focus on real-time provider support, analysis of chart audits and performance reports, and proactive identification and resolution of EHR-related issues that impact documentation quality, productivity, and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to develop and execute a physician focused EHR adoption strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to providers, conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce EHR best practices.
• Review chart audits, provider productivity reports, and workflow analyses to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Provide clinical context to provider workflow pain points and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in designing and implementing workflow improvements and documentation tools (e.g., templates, order sets, favorites).
• Champion change management initiatives by promoting clinician engagement and adoption of standardized workflows.
• Serve as a liaison to HR, IT, Quality, and Operations on issues related to physician use of the EHR.
• Provide feedback to EHR analysts and training teams on areas needing further education or redesign.
• Stay current on EHR upgrades and changes that may impact provider documentation or clinical workflows.
• This role requires onsite time working directly with physicians in the acute and ambulatory settings.
• The client locations are in Yonkers, NY.
• The role requires flexible hours to accommodate physician schedules, including occasional early mornings or evenings.
• This resource will need to work with ambulatory, acute, emergency medicine, surgeon, and anesthesia providers.

Education and Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education or healthcare area.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience working with Oracle Health physician workflows.
• 1 year of prior experience in clinical informatics, physician engagement, or EHR optimization project
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to relate to and influence peers.
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting clinical documentation, performance metrics, and workflow reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle Health's Learning Journeys and eCoach solutions
• Formal training or certification in Clinical Informatics
• Experience supporting Oracle Health EHR go-lives, optimizations, or provider training programs.
• Familiarity with New York State healthcare regulations and reporting standards

Salary Range: $69,500 - 100,000
