What You’ll Do:
• Be at the heart of change, leading one-on-one or group therapy sessions that help children build critical skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Carefully track and record client behavior, ensuring that each session supports their growth and progress
• Build meaningful relationships with families and staff, providing the support and compassion that fuels positive change
• Create safe, encouraging environments that allow children to explore their potential and thrive
• Continue learning and growing through ongoing training and mentorship opportunities

What You Bring:
• A high school diploma or GED is required, but an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field is always a plus
• We’re looking for heart and dedication. You bring that, and we’ll cover the costs of coursework/modules as well as reimbursement for your first exam attempt!
• Previous experience in behavioral health is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building connections with those around you
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license —you’ll be making a difference in person, and reliable transportation is key
What’s Expected of You / Essential Job Functions:
• Provide consistent, compassionate care during 2-4 hour therapy sessions, helping children take meaningful steps toward progress
• Stand or sit for extended periods as you work with clients, maintaining focus and care throughout each session
• Ability to rapidly move from a seated or lying position to a standing position and vice versa
• Capability to run and swiftly pursue clients when necessary
• Be ready to lift or carry up to 20 pounds—sometimes helping means lending a hand
• Communicate clearly and promptly with your team, keeping everyone connected and supported
• Maintain flexibility for scheduling to meet the needs of our families—this is a team effort, and we’re all in it together! Inconsistent availability can cause loss of hours for both you and the family
• Ensure you have reliable technology for completing online training, keeping you up-to-date and ready to grow
