Job Description

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

What you will bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
• Current RBT certification through the BACB(preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills

    • We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team
    • As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients
