What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
• Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
