This rewarding contract opportunity offers you the chance to deliver dedicated behavioral support to one 5th grade student in a supportive school setting located near Troy, NY. Qualifications and Credentials:
• Current credential as an RBT, BCBA, or NY-licensed ABA therapist
• Experience supporting students with diverse behavioral needs, particularly in a school setting
• Compassion, strong ethics, and skilled collaborative communication
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Ability to effectively document progress and adapt plans as needed

Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted 1:1 ABA services and behavior interventions for a 5th grade student
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and family to implement individualized behavioral plans
• Monitor, record, and report student progress and behaviors
• Adjust intervention strategies based on observation and data collection
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times
