Job Description
Position: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Springboard ABA is a new and growing ABA therapy company dedicated to delivering personalized, in-home services to children in Arkansas. To build a strong foundation, we’re seeking a driven and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to shape our clinical team and guide us toward excellence in ABA services.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, oversee, and supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs in providing high-quality ABA therapy
• Build out Clinical documentation.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff in a supportive environment
• Work closely with families, offering ongoing guidance and support
Qualifications:
• BCBA certification (required)
• Experience in ABA therapy and clinical management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families
