Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that brings a wealth of experience to the field of supporting individuals with autism.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We take pride in our family-centered approach, working closely with RBT's to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans. Our mandate is to promote from within for advancement.

We provide extensive training and mentoring to our staff and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s), empowering them to grow both personally and professionally. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Provide training to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA
• Maintain records and documentation
• Attend professional development activities
• Supervision of RBTs
• The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications:
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
