Key Requirements:
• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• If your degree is in a related field, ABA certification is required prior to applying.
• A minimum of 400 unrestricted supervision hours must remain at the time of application.
• Individuals with fewer than 400 hours may be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering clinical performance, supervision quality, and the anticipated timeline for BACB exam completion.
• An application for a Graduate Permit under supervision is necessary (current permits are not required at the time of hiring).
