WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism in their homes while implementing therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities may include:
• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions using play-based learning
• Teaching communication, social, and life skills
• Following individualized therapy plans
• Recording session data to monitor progress
• Encouraging independence and celebrating developmental milestones

QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and motivated to learn.
Basic requirements include:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children during sessions
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes within the Tucson area
