The BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) leads clinical oversight, ABA therapy program quality, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home, school, and clinic settings. You’ll ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care by implementing evidence‑based interventions, monitoring data collection and progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide ongoing RBT supervision per BACB standards, and maintain timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience in ABA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
• Experience working in multiple settings (home, school, clinic) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in electronic data collection systems (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus) and data analysis tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
