Responsibilities

• •The New Accounts Representative / Receptionist will be responsible for promoting business for the Bank by delivering a superb customer service experience to our existing clients and to potential clients both in person and by telephone
• •Individual will be responsible for possessing knowledge of bank products and services
• •Processing all new account transactions
• •Answering and directing incoming calls as well as providing professional service and direction to bank visitors
• •Maintaining customer accounts and files
• •Assisting clients with bank products and services to include: online banking access, mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards
• •Referring clients to appropriate staff for inquiries or other services
• •Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services
