Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Autism.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Need to Knows:
Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. The 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course can be provided for free.
