Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed within designated timeframes and financial constraints.
Collaborate with research teams to identify and recruit suitable participants for clinical trials and studies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines for conducting clinical research.
Manage and train a team of researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all research activities, including participant data, study protocols, and regulatory documents.
Coordinate with other departments and external partners to facilitate the smooth execution of research projects.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of ongoing projects to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management, research teams, and regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance the success of research projects.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the research team.
Represent the institution at conferences, seminars, and other events related to clinical research.
