Job Description: Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) Full-Time | Pediatric Start-Up Clinic | Ivy Rehab for Kids

Location: La Crosse, WI

Overview: Are you a Pediatric therapist with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own clinic? Ivy Rehab for Kids is offering a unique opportunity to launch and lead your own start-up peds clinic as a Clinic Director / Equity Partner. With Ivy's full support, you'll have the resources, mentorship, and autonomy to build something amazing for the families in your community.

What You'll Do:
• Launch and grow your own pediatric therapy clinic
• Lead a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP as needed)
• Provide hands-on, compassionate pediatric care
• Collaborate on local marketing and outreach
• Earn equity and share in your clinic's success

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited PT, OT, or Speech program
• Current or pending PT, OT, or SLP license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Leadership potential and entrepreneurial drive
• Passion for helping children and families thrive
