The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision.
• Implement personalized treatment plans.
• Accurately record progress using our data collection system.
• Build positive relationships with families and team members.
• Note: Role includes assisting with diaper changing/toileting as needed.
