Your Role as a New Graduate BCBA:
• Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews with guidance from experienced team members
• Develop individualized treatment plans alongside families
• Implement evidence-based skill building and behavior support programs
• Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to ensure progressMentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and life skills in clients

Requirements:
• BCBA credential (newly certified welcome!)Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldExperience with ASD, developmental disabilities, and ABA therapy
• Livescan DOJ/FBI background check & TB clearance
• California residency (or willingness to relocate)
