Site Administrator / Behavior Technician

Gateway Autism Therapies & Education (GATE) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Site Administrator / Behavior Technician to join our growing team. This unique role combines clinic leadership and operations with direct client support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both administration and hands-on work with children.
As a Site Administrator / Behavior Technician, you will help oversee daily clinic operations, support staff and families, maintain a positive clinic culture, and provide direct ABA therapy services when needed. This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional client care, employee support, and overall clinic success.
What You'll Do
Clinic Leadership & Operations
• Support day-to-day clinic operations and scheduling
• Assist with onboarding, staff support, and training
• Monitor attendance, service delivery, and clinic productivity
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional clinic environment
• Support family communication and client experience
• Assist with interviews, performance reviews, and employee development
Direct Client Care
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Ensure client safety while maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment

• Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
• Reliable transportation
Preferred:
• Experience in ABA, education, healthcare, or behavioral health
• RBT credential or willingness to obtain certification
• Supervisory, scheduling, or office management experience
• Experience with CentralReach or similar software
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and actively engage with children throughout the workday. Candidates must be comfortable participating in play-based activities and responding to client behaviors in a safe and supportive manner.
