About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically driven Clinical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients, the scientific community, and our product development teams, ensuring that every aspect of our technology is validated, clinically rigorous, and impactful.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine scientific expertise with innovative technology, driving the continuous improvement and credibility of a cutting-edge clinical platform.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the onboarding process for new and existing clients, providing continuous scientific guidance and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their use of the platform.
• Develop tailored case studies that demonstrate the clinical value and measurable benefits of the platform, addressing each client’s specific needs.
• Partner with the engineering and product teams to conduct ongoing scientific validation and uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy across all platform outputs.
• Monitor and manage quality control procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in clinical and scientific deliverables.
• Contribute to the creation and publication of scientific papers and articles that strengthen the product’s credibility and visibility within the scientific and clinical community.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in the clinical research space
• Advanced scientific or clinical background in relevant area, with experience in clinical research, clinical trials and/or regulatory aspects in the pharma industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, with rigorous approach to data quality, documentation and validation
• Comfortable working at a fast-paced, high-growth, AI-driven environment
