Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist in the Torrance and wider LA County area. This contract-position offers openings for both full and part-time schedules, beginning as soon as possible and extending through the end of this school year. Contribute your expertise to collaborate with dedicated education teams in school settings, helping students reach their greatest potential.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
• A masters degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related discipline
• Current BCBA license
• Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills
• Prior experience working within school environments
• Flexibility to work at sites across Torrance and LA County
• Familiarity conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and monitoring student progress
Primary responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for students
• Delivering direct support and coaching to teachers and staff
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to guide intervention planning
• Collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and families
• Ensuring consistent, compliant documentation
