BCBA in Torrance, CA

This contract-position offers openings for both full and part-time schedules, beginning as soon as possible and extending through the end of this school year. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
• A masters degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related discipline
• Current BCBA license
• Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills
• Prior experience working within school environments
• Flexibility to work at sites across Torrance and LA County
• Familiarity conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and monitoring student progress

Primary responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for students
• Delivering direct support and coaching to teachers and staff
• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to guide intervention planning
• Collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and families
• Ensuring consistent, compliant documentation
