Position Details:
• Full-time, onsite role
• School-based setting, providing functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supporting staff with behavior strategies
• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:
• Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Must meet all Minnesota state and district requirements for school-based BCBAs
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data collection skills
