In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in home‑based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll collect session data, follow evidence‑based practices, and support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.
Pay: $23 - $27 / hour
• Additional pay available for bilingual RBTs, afternoon availability, and active certification

Responsibilities
• Work effectively in school, home or clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environment
• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus)
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members
• Participate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hours
• Support the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards
Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to work 10 - 40 hours / week
• Valid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding. Costs will be reimbursed with the first regular payroll.
