Practice Info
• Site: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc.
• Provide care to residents at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Salem, Peabody, Lynn, and Marblehead, MA
• Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists
• Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system
• In-basket management support for better workflow
• After-hours call services to uphold consistent care and assistance for patients and families

Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and thorough care to residents at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Ensure comfort and well-being through attentive medical practices
• Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
• Take part in case reviews
• Contribute to planning treatment strategies
• Promote collaboration and ongoing improvement
• Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and communication

Compensation
• Hourly pay is $124 per hour/shift, depending on the type and timing of shifts worked

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
• Specialty board certification or experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatrics is a plus
