Deeper Roots Therapy has an admin team that handles and manages the billing and credentialing, referrals and scheduling for new clients and support for clinicians. Clinicians are given autonomy, support, and flexibility with scheduling in order can focus on providing therapy and utilizing clinical skills in their own areas of specialization.

Currently we are in need of a fully licensed therapist for full-time hours, which includes 20-25 billable hours per week. We have specific needs for a therapist with training and specializations in trauma, marriage and couples, substance abuse, children, adolescents, and/or eating disorders.

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and Optum United Healthcare, and currently are working toward completing our credentialing with Medicaid. Therapists must be willing to get credentialed on these panels, and we handle and pay for the credentialing process.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Based on experience and negotiable

Qualifications needed:
• A LISW-CP, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT
• Minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience
• Individual Professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Individual NPI number
