We're looking for a caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, bringing individualized treatment plans to life under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality therapy, building meaningful skills, encouraging positive behavior change, and helping clients thrive in their everyday lives.
What You'll Do
• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Apply positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and strengthen desired behaviors
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress, maintaining clear and thorough documentation
• Partner with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure consistent, continuous care
• Deliver services across home, school, and community settings as needed
What You'll Bring
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; prior ABA experience is a bonus
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
