Job Description

 As an ABA Line Technician, you will work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will help teach and reinforce essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior in a supportive, fun, and structured environment.
Provide direct 1 1 care with clients aged 18 months to adults.
Accompany clients on community and social outings.
Collect, record, and summarize data.

Previous experience with Autism is preferred.
Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment (up to 50 pounds).
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different service locations.
High School Graduate or GED.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related fields.
