• Local caseloads—no long commutes
What You'll Do:
• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
• Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
• Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
• Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
