Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our client's team in Conroe, TX. Key Responsibilities
• Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify the function of behaviors and current skill levels.
• Program Development: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Supervision and Training: Provide direct, ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other line staff to ensure the consistent and ethical delivery of treatment.
• Caregiver Collaboration: Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills and ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies across all relevant environments (clinic, home, community).
• Data Analysis & Modification: Continuously collect, graph, and analyze behavioral and skill acquisition data to monitor client progress and make data-based decisions regarding treatment plan modification.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, session notes, and supervision notes, is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner according to ethical, clinical, and funding requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings (with clinical psychologists, speech therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

Qualifications
• Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Texas State Behavior Analyst License (LBA).
• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
