• A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as RBT and eventually BCBA.
Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
