Your Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based methods to foster independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building and care plans as an integral part of our clinical team.
• Accurately document session data through electronic tools.
• Create a supportive learning environment and build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about supporting children with Autism and helping them reach their full potential.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and calmness in challenging situations.
• Active RBT certification required before employment.

Important Details:
• Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings.
• All positions start as part-time roles.
• Commitment of at least 6 months required to drive meaningful change.
