Early Start Autism & Thrive is dedicated to partnering with families to support children with social communication delays, autism, and behavioral challenges. Our mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential by providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with a focus on naturalistic, play-based early intervention. Early Start Autism & Thrive offers comprehensive support to help you complete your RBT coursework and gain the necessary supervision after passing the RBT examination.

Job Responsibilities:
• Represent Early Start Autism with professionalism and care
• Provide direct support to children and families through ABA therapy
• Collect data on client progress and treatment effectiveness
• Attend team meetings and receive clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain your RBT certification
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Minimize cancellations and ensure consistent treatment delivery
Job Requirements:
• Education: AA or higher degree preferred
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education is preferred
• Certification: RBT certification is preferred, but we will support you in earning your RBT certification by providing coursework and required supervision
• Skills: Strong communication, team player, organizational skills, and a passion for helping children
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Hours: Flexible - Full Time (up to 35 hours per week) or Part Time available
