Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students within the Pasadena, Alhambra, Monrovia, and Burbank. What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
• Apply ABA-based strategies to promote positive behaviors
• Assist with de-escalation and crisis intervention when needed
• Track and document student progress accurately
• Help students develop independence and confidence
• Work closely with school staff to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience in behavioral health or education (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
