• Schedule: Full-time, M-F during normal school day hours. Opportunity to work in a summer program as well.
• Caseload: K-12, dual diagnosed classroom
• Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree, have completed the 40-hour RBT training, and have previous mental health experience.

Job Description:
• Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Respond to crisis situations. Complete significant incident reports when needed.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, core meetings, CASSP meetings, etc. when requested.
• Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and family.
• Participate in CASSP, treatment plan meeting, etc., when directed by supervisor.
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff.
• Complete COS’s with families.
• Attend supervisions and complete clinical notes.
• Will perform other duties as directed by the Mobile Therapist, BC and/or Director of the IBHS Program
What You Bring:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience with mental health
• Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
• A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
• Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
• Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
