• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans and document progress accurately
• Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning in behavior analysis
Location:
• This position is based in Middletown, Delaware, serving students within a local school setting.
