Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
