Your Role Will Involve:
• Making a positive impact in the life of a child!
• Implementing individualized behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
• Providing one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for clients and colleagues
• Assisting children in developing essential life skills, including motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Engaging actively with children, including getting up and down from the floor frequently and moving quickly
• Continuously learning and delivering the highest quality care possible to the kids we support
You Bring:
• A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
• No additional experience necessary; your RBT certification provides all the foundational experience
• Reliable transportation for travel to client homes and other locations
• A playful, energetic, and creative personality
• Tech-saviness to learn our data collection software and use basic office programs
• Availability during the hours of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
