Estimated hours: Part-time or Full-time positions available with 10+ hours per week with availability after 12pm is preferred.

Depending on their tentative caseloads, potential locations of operation for Behavior Technicians may be within a 15-20 mile radius from the listing location.

• Mondays-Sundays 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee's availability)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
• Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
• Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
• Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
• Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
• Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
• Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
• Ability to pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background check
• Ability to travel to various locations daily
