This role requires thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, ethical considerations, and the clinical trial process. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field. Comprehensive knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial conduct is essential. Strong understanding of medical terminology and disease processes is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are vital for effective site management. Proficiency with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems is required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting is crucial.
