Position: 1:1 ABA Therapy RBT - Flexible Schedule & Growth

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

The position offers competitive pay rates between $18 - $23/hour, with part-time and full-time availability and flexible schedules in Horton, Kansas. Candidates must have RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
