Description: Schedule: Part-time: Monday-Friday availability: 2pm-6pm. Occasional Saturdays: 9am-3pm. *What we are looking for:* Do you strive to make a difference in the lives of those around you? We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, and responsible individuals who want to make a career move into the world of behavior analytics. Training is provided. *What you would do....* A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). RBTs may work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community. Each Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes. Effective communication with supervisors and parents is essential to the RBT’s success and must be present at all times. RBTs will complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current. *Other responsibilities include the following:* - Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing all assigned responsibilities. - Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members. - Attending all collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings. - Recording detailed session notes, keeping accurate client data in real-time, and maintaining records well documented. - Observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information. - Demonstrating effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments. - Maintaining a clean and neat work environment. - Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making. - Exemplary skills in self-management and communication. - Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older - Must have High School Diploma or GED - Must pass background check (will include fingerprints) - Must have at least 1-year experience working with Children - Active Driver's License and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work - RBT or Bachelor's Degree (On-Site training provided for RBT certification) - Maintain BLS Certificate (On-Site training provided for BLS) Equal opportunity employer. \*Must pass a background check\*
