At House of Hearts ABA, we’re building a team of passionate, mission-driven BCBAs who want to make an impact—without sacrificing flexibility or balance.
Pick up a few cases with us, build a small, thoughtful caseload, and experience what it’s like to work with a company that truly has your back. If you fall in love with our culture (and many do), you’re more than welcome to grow your caseload and future with us over time.
(You don’t need to leave your current job to join us.)
Why Work With House of Hearts ABA?
Because we’re not just another ABA company—we’re a movement.

Here’s what you can expect:
• Supportive, hands-on leadership that actually listens
• Flexible scheduling built around your life
• Dedicated support staff—both clinical and admin
• Low caseloads (7–10 clients) to maintain quality and balance
• Competitive pay and bonus opportunities
• Growth and leadership pathways if you choose to expand your caseload
• Collaborative, warm team culture—both online and in the field
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth)
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Have at least 1 year of ABA experience
Love collaborating with others and working toward meaningful outcomes
Communicate clearly and confidently with teams and families
Want to make a difference while keeping your schedule flexible
Let’s Grow Together
At House of Hearts ABA, you can keep your current commitments and build something meaningful on the side.
