Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent MedSurg experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS required for both units
• CPI required for Behavioral Health unit but can be obtained on site
• Comfortable working across both general medicine and behavioral health units
• Direct patient care expertise, strong communication skills, and teamwork focus
• Solid experience reading telemetry strips and with specialized interventions (chest tubes, traches, PIV starts, PCA management)
• Openness to first-time travelers

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care on a 26-bed adult MedSurg/Telemetry unit, floating as needed
• Monitor and manage complex medical and behavioral health cases, including telemetry and medication titrations
• Collaborate with supportive multidisciplinary teams including 24/7 RT, Hospitalists, Intensivists, and rapid response teams
• Contribute to a patient-centered, reliable, and highly collaborative unit culture
