What You’ll Do
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines
• Develop individualized, medically necessary, data-driven treatment plans
• Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals
• Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations
• Ensure accurate dosage, goal selection, and place-of-service determinations
• Complete reports with fidelity and timeliness
Clinical Oversight & Team Leadership
• Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff
• Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical collaboration
• Support caregiver communication and training
Operational & Quality Excellence
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month)
• Drive utilization and outcome optimization
• Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives
What You’ll Need
• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience (supervision experience preferred)
• Strong clinical writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with telehealth and digital data platforms preferred
• Ability to work with diverse families in community-based settings
• Valid professional liability insurance and required clearances
