What You Will Do:
• Teach children through play while implementing tailored treatment plans
• Observe, engage, and collect data to document progress
• Assist children in acquiring essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work towards goals that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a positive impact in the lives of children!

Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:
• Previous paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, babysitting, school setting, ABA, etc.) preferred
• High energy, playful, creative, and able to think on your feet
• Reliable and dependable – someone families can trust
• Physical ability to frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly
• Tech-savvy – comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and deliver the highest quality care to our clients
• Interest in utilizing evidence-based methods grounded in scientific research
