Tired of the Grind in Clinical ABA? Thrive ABA Therapy is Changing the Game!

Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team—whether part-time or full-time. If you're looking for more autonomy, flexibility, and a meaningful role where you can make a true difference, this is the opportunity for you.

Why Thrive ABA Therapy?
• Be the sole interventionist for your clients and have flexibility with your schedule. We believe in work-life balance and give you the freedom to work in a way that fits your life.
• As a woman-owned business, we prioritize understanding, support, and the opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of a small company.
• You will provide all direct treatment to your clients—no behavior technicians involved. This means you’ll have the chance to develop a deep, meaningful connection with the children and families you work with.
• Join a team dedicated to using trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and enjoyable, client-centered therapy sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
• Has experience in providing direct therapy services and enjoys working independently.
• Is self-motivated and committed to providing high-quality work.
• Stays up to date on best practices, especially those in Today’s ABA (SBT/HRE/Dr. Hanley’s model).

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality ABA Therapy to young autistic children.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to provide holistic care.
• No need to work with insurance providers—focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional ABA therapy.

Qualifications:
• BCBA certification
• Washington State Behavior Analyst License (LBA)
• CPR/First Aid certification

Pay & Benefits:
• Competitive Pay: $50 to $75 per hour for direct, billable work.
• Paid Sick Leave for all employees.
• 401k for all employees
• Health insurance for full-time employees.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel if needed.
• Comprehensive Support: We provide everything you need to perform your role effectively—no need to spend your own money on laptops, reinforcers, or other tools.

Ready for a Better Work-Life Balance?

Do you want to work closely with families and children with autism in meaningful, supportive environments? Thrive ABA Therapy offers the chance to make a real difference in a way that works for you. We can’t wait to hear from you!
