Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA services directly as directed by a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect and maintain data on client progress throughout session activities as defined in treatment plans.
• Work in various environments, including homes, schools, clinics, and community locations, with individuals with autism or similar disabilities.
• Utilize positive behavior support techniques developed by supervisors and BCBA to address challenges.
• Assist in training and supporting caregivers as needed.
• Ensure punctual arrival for scheduled sessions and completion of sessions as planned.
• Timely submission of timecards and clinical notes per company policy.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and follow company policies.
• Support new hires through training and shadowing opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; currently enrolled in or completed college coursework preferred.
• Experience: At least 6 months working with individuals with disabilities (direct experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Availability: Minimum of 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings, typically scheduled between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required (travel time compensation is provided).
• Other Requirements: Must pass a background check, TB tests, pre-employment physical, and provide documentation of immunity to MMR and Varicella during onboarding.
