Qualifications:
Fully Licensed in the State
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Experienced with Adult and/or child and adolescent populations
Individual and or couples therapy

$80,000 to $101,000 + BONUS
Responsibilities:
You'll have lots of chances to collaborate with your colleagues in staff meetings, group supervision meetings, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor
Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
